Nurse Planner Workshop ( Compliance with EDP & Activity Planning Documentation)

Nurse Planners should attend before they begin writing and submitting their individual activity files and applications (individual activities). This workshop will work through the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of activities. The workshop will review the criteria and expectations in the provider's activity files, including the structure of submission in an all-inclusive PDF file.
