Registered Nurse Regional Manager (RN)

Location: Multi-Site Float

Salary: $95,000

TK Health is currently seeking a motivated Regional Nurse Manager to provide oversight for Multiple County Detention Centers Clinics located in Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Tennessee. The chosen applicant will be responsible for the start-up of new clinics, the oversight of established ones, and for interacting with Detention Center administration and staff.

Experience in supervision and management of medical personnel is a must. Effective communication (both oral and written) and excellent organizational and time-management skills are required. This position performs recruitment, selection, orientation/training and evaluation of nursing staff. Clinic management and correctional experience is strongly preferred, but critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.

The ideal Registered Nurse Manager (RN) candidate will live in or be willing to relocate to one of the states listed, have management experience and be an enthusiastic and positive leader with excellent team building skills. Travel required. Compensation, including benefits, is competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Unencumbered Multi-state RN license
  • Management Experience
  • Corrections Experience Preferred
  • Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, or Tennessee Residency
